About Me

My aim is to help people change their lives so that they have a more fulfilling and relaxing life and feel loved (cos we all want these things don’t we?). Success to me isn’t about how much money you can make or how high up the social ladder you are: it is about being able to relax, being fulfilled, and aiming for your deepest dreams! If you are a long way from that place, struggling with your life, I want to be here for you. You may find the free exercises and thought provoking articles change your life. Another avenue is to join the community here and get that going, leaning on people who are interested, for support. Or if you think you need more personalised touch then you can book a set of sessions with me. I offer Mediation, Personal Coaching, Teaching NonJudgemental Consciousness, and Courses. My work is inspired by Marshall Rosenberg, and I have deep gratitude to him.

I have a BSc Psychology Honours degree (if that sort of thing is important to you) and have been studying NVC for about 4 years. I am on the Certification pathway. I also have a lot of experience in listening to people in a way that helps empower them to sort out their own problems.

I live in a stunning part of West Wales where we have beautiful coves and coast line, tiny mountains (OK, hills to the rest of the world except the flatlands), moorlands, streams and rivers abound (as does rain and the colour green), and I have lots of interests, outside personal development: Green building especially Strawbale – I love small homes and rarely enjoy ordinary houses (ones that are several hundreds of years old are the exception), organic and forest gardening, walking, mountains, sea, moon and rivers; dogs especially collies (My collie will be featuring in the photographs!), and I train owners to control their dogs in a more humane way than shouting hopelessly at them! I love crocheting, and creating. Give me a camp fire and some people playing acoustic music round it and I’ll be there. I enjoy sawing up wood I have collected or grown myself, putting it in my wood burner and heating or cooking on it: I cannot tell you how satisfying that is! My water is rainwater and spring water. Health and nutrition are important to me as I had ME for 14 years (from which I learnt a lot!). I am a hippie who enjoys gadgets and not chemicals.

I want to keep my world as natural as possible and live on the land in the way I believe we were intended to: not changing it to suit ourselves in a way that I would define a parasite. I avoid cement and concrete!

  1. Hiโ€ฆ Just wanted to pass on my thanks for stopping by to check out my blog and for being brave enough to โ€˜Followโ€™ it ๐Ÿ™‚ I do wonder how you stumbled across it though?
I admit, itโ€™s all a bit new still, but I hope you liked what you read so far, as much as I have writing.

    • Hi ya, Through someone’s blog who was following mine and you had written on hers I think! Yes am inspired by what i have read: I enjoy your ability to be yourself & innovative in the face of disapproval – I want to be more like that! (My problem is that it loses me friends!) ๐Ÿ™‚ Glad you enjoy writing as I think you have something special to offer. sarah

  2. That’s comforting Uncle Spike! (for me I mean – probably not for you ๐Ÿ˜€ ). We can’t please all of the people all of the time, and what I am passionate about is pleasing myself first, so I have more to give from my heart rather than giving from guilt/fear and getting stuck with my life. Reading your blog supports me to do this. Thanks.
